Transfer Policy
All requests for registration transfers must be provided in writing and email to iccreg@ieee.org by Monday, 6 May 2019. Registration rate difference will apply depending on the membership status of the new registration. All transfer requests received AFTER 6 May will be charged an additional US$100.
Presenter Substitution Policy
If an author or co-author is NOT available to present the paper at the conference, the TPC Chair can grant permission in some extreme cases to have the paper presented by a qualified substitute presenter. If you need to make such a request, please fill out Substitute Presenter Form no later than Monday, 6 May 2019. A copy of the form will go directly to the TPC Chair for approval.
