All rates are subject to 15% service charge.
This special room rate includes breakfast for 1 person. Supplementary breakfast will be charged at RMB 150 + 15% service charge per person.

Check-in & Check-out Time
Check-in time is 2:00pm on the day of arrival. Should you prefer to ensure all guest rooms be ready prior to guests’ early arrival, it is suggested that rooms are reserved the night before.
Check-out time is 12:00 Noon of the day of departure. Should you wish to check out after the normal check-out time, you will be subject to 50% discount of the Group’s rate if check-out time is before 6:00pm. If it is after 6:00pm, you will be subject to 100% of the group rate.
All reservations shall be guaranteed by delegate’s credit card at the time of booking for the amount equivalent to the guest room charge for the 1st night of the room block.
Late Cancellations
All guaranteed reservations canceled 72 hours, with the Hotel’s reservation department, prior to confirmed arrival date will be considered as “late cancellation” and full length of stay room charge will be charged.
No Show
In the event of any no-show for confirmed reservations, a full length of stay room charge will occur onto your credit card.

Airport Details
Pudong Shangri-La, East Shanghai, is about 35-minute drive from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and about 45-minute drive from Pudong International Airport.
Taxis
Metered taxis can be found on the ground floor of the domestic and international arrival halls. A one-way trip between Pudong International Airport and Pudong Shangri-La, East Shanghai, costs around RMB 170. Fares from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport are generally around RMB 75.
